Damn, I paid $450 for mine about a year or two ago. It was a police trade in.

$450 a year ago would have been a steal. They go for 8-900 on gunbroker and have been very in demand in NY since the SAFE act started in 2013.

There is one on GB with ghost sites and 4 mags for $1,000 right now.

Well, that just plain sucks. I have a relative that was interested in one. Might as well just build a 9mm AR with prices that high.

I forgot who organized the group buy on the other site, but I have him to thank for the price. It may have been Huntington Guy.

I paid more than that!!! I wanted one a few months ago and there were none to be had. Since then a few have popped up but haven't seen anything for less than $900. It's a pretty cool gun. Really like mine.

Yeah, the thing about it is the SAFE act really limited what PCC we can get (no more Sub 2000s, Hi Points, Masterpiece Arms etc.) so two that were good-to-go was the Ruger PC9/PC40 and the Marlin Camp Carbines (9 and 45). Problem is those models are discontinued and not that easy to come by as other PCC. So prices went up.

Gun prices ebb and flow, but generally rise. If you're happy with it despite what you paid for it it's all good in my book. It's a cool PCC, enjoy.

Yeah, it's all good. It's definitely fun to shoot. I recently introduced my daughter to shooting and she's ready to move up from .22; just might be a little heavy for her. They're definitely not easy to find.

I feel this way about most purchases.

It would be great if they restarted production on them!

$450? I don't even recall the group by being that cheap.

In related news. I love shooting it and it's tons of fun.

Yup. Won't be the last time I overpaid for something that I "had to have".

                            Absolutely.

I would like a PC9. I have a couple of Marlin Camp 9's if anyone wants to trade?

Ruger's .44Mag Carbine is another one that they really need to start making again. It's like a 10/22 hopped up on protein powder and Jolt Cola.
